Appointment of Steve Jeffers in the North West

Pharmacy Seekers, leading specialist pharmacy sales, finance and advisory firm, today announced its expanding National presence with the key appointment of industry veteran, Steve Jeffers in the North of England. He will work with independent pharmacies and multiples in the region, developing client relationships, expanding channel partnerships and introducing new clients.

Steve joins Pharmacy Seekers with 40 years in the sector, latterly as CEO of the Hub pharmacy, where together with two colleagues he completed a management buyout (MBO) of 9 of the North-West based MedicX Pharmacies and expanded the company to 20 pharmacies within two years. Steve had previously overseen the expansion and subsequent sale of MedicX to 21 pharmacies across England with a specialism in health-centre pharmacies and the development of professional pharmacy services. It was through the owners of his previous business, Cabot Square Capital, that Steve first met Pharmacy Seekers co-founder, Andy Harwood. Prior to that, Steve was Head of Healthcare at Sapphire Primary Care Developments (a specialist health centre development company) and a Development specialist within the Lloyds Pharmacy Acquisition department – also previously an owner director at various independent pharmacies.

Steve is a Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
